this is a really clever title. not only did i go to fargo last weekend, but ALSO my uncle TIM was there visiting from montana. (ba-dum-ching!)
tim is my mom’s brother, and whenever he comes to town, it’s a week of nonstop reminiscing, laughing, pastry eating, coffee drinking, and general merriment making. i was, unfortunately, there only for the last day of his visit, but it was so fun nonetheless.
it’s amazing, when he visits although we haven’t seen him in a few years, we all pick up right where we left off. the connection is still close and i love that about family. no matter what, you’re stuck with each other in life, so you might as well make the best of it…..that’s the lesson in all that, right? 
but really.. i am more grateful for my family each time we are together.

my uncle….who drove all the way from montana……so special for us all…this is the only picture i took with him in it. whoops…… but he had never played corn-hole before, so this is a pretty great pic to get, since i only took one.
it was a mom vs. uncle tim corn-hole playoff…not sure who won…i’m pretty sure no one….
the great thing about my family getting together, is that it often means my WHOLE family on my mom’s side gets together…well…almost everyone…well…some of us….whatever…..it’s just fun to see anyone i can put in the ‘family’ category.
